These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Anodyne Care ApS (CVR: 44974037), a company registered in Denmark with its legal address at C/O SIRIUS advokater, Dampfærgevej 10, 2., 2100 København Ø, Danmark ("Anodyne Care", "we", "our").

By booking or receiving treatment with Anodyne Care, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

Anodyne Care provides personalized care and treatment plans for patients experiencing chronic pain, cancer-related discomfort, and nausea. Services may include pharmaceutical consultations (including medical cannabis), physiotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and medical guidance by licensed doctors. Treatments are available both in-person and online depending on patient location and clinical suitability.

2. Availability of Services

Our services are currently available to residents and eligible patients in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. All medical consultations are provided by licensed doctors in compliance with local medical regulations.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Services are booked on a per-consultation basis.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All medical consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare professionals. However, the information and guidance provided through our services are not a substitute for emergency care or specialized medical treatment. Patients should always seek immediate help in urgent medical situations.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide the highest standard of care, Anodyne Care ApS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct under applicable law.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
