With almost 20 years of experience in healthcare and welfare technology organizations, Ingela brings a strong background in cross-Scandinavian work, having held positions in both Denmark and Sweden and served customers across all three Scandinavian countries, including Norway. Ingela has headed up public tender processes and managed contracts in a private recruitment company focused on medical doctors. As a co-founder of a privately owned recruitment company in the healthcare sector, Ingela worked to implement quality management systems aligned with ISO standards and to optimize internal processes. Most recently, Ingela held a role as a digitalization strategist in the Swedish public sector, promoting the digital transformation of services.
